Overview:  This hands-on one day course is designed for system administrators, technical support staff and IT Managers. The course is delivered through a combination of lecture based instruction, in conjunction with hands-on exercises designed to introduce PacketShaper to complete novices and re-enforce existing knowledge to already knowledgeable customers.

It will provide a solid grounding in the fundamental technologies, protocols and concepts essential to understanding how to implement & utilise Bluecoat PacketShaper.
