This will add an independent perspective, which is very often required to identify the actual root cause of the problem.
We will work together with existing IT staff to resolve problems.
Network troubleshooting/ Fault management involves first determining symptoms and isolating the problem. Then the problem is fixed, and the solution is tested on all-important subsystems. Finally, the detection and resolution of the problem is recorded.
Network protocol analysis tools will be used to identify the root cause of the problem
Identifying the root cause will assist to provide rapid and effective problem resolution.
Network faults will be identified and isolated using methodology fact.
Recommendations and corrective actions will be made in order to resolve or reduce the problem.
Findings will be documented in a detailed technical report.
