We have been awarded a multi -million pound contract for the provision and ongoing management of a new Network Monitoring solution to monitor O2’s 2G, 3G, LTE, Voice, Data & Network Services. The solution (which replaces the incumbent) will enable O2 to monitor the performance of its subscriber networks as well as its customer use and experience, enabling them to provide a better service and prepare for future innovation. The Axial solution is based on a combination of Empirix Inc. technologies.
The implementation of the solution is expected to be over a six month period with systems deployment at 15 UK sites across the country. Once complete, there will be an operational handover to Axial Managed Services as an outsourced managed service programme for the contract duration. Principal elements of this programme will include operations, utilisation, support and maintenance of the solution for the term of the contract.
